Shin-Dal consists of tall tower houses and skyscrapers made of steel and glass, indicating advanced architecture. In the middle of the city, there are large pyramid-shaped buildings where Dalian priests preach. There are no clear city walls or defenses, as the city appears open.
The city is divided into different districts. In the center, there is the government district with a massive tower that outshines everything else. There is also a temple district with the priests’ pyramids. Outside the center, residential districts spread out with high-rise buildings.

Dalianerna live withdrawn and are rarely seen on the streets. They seem engaged in religion, science, and technological development. Daily life is hidden from outsiders. Those who don’t fit into society can be ostracized. The lifestyle is characterized by secrecy and suspicion towards strangers.
You may enter Shin-Dal. But you may not be the same person when you come out…
